Mashhad, Dec 20, IRNA -- The Organization of Agricultural Engineering and Natural Resources of Khorasan Razavi Province and the Dutch Chamber of Commerce on Sunday signed a memorandum of understanding to promote sustainable development in the fields of agricultural research, production and trade.
