Can't get my efootball to work

I've been trying to scan the QR code on my pes game on Xbox also tried typing in the link on my phone but I can't get my efootball to link, when I check my Id on the website it says my account is already linked but trying to spend my efootball points on the game says I need to link my Id can anyone help with this
