PRINCE HARRY is understood to have been deeply disappointed about having to give up his ceremonial military titles after quitting the Royal Family. A royal commentator has claimed the Duke will be "holding out hope" the Queen might reinstate them when she reviews his and Meghan Markle's exit deal next year.
