A day after the municipal corporation closed Pakhowal Road for the construction of a railway overbridge and an under-bridge at the railway crossing, the old bridge on Sidhwan canal near MC zone D office was also closed on Wednesday as a new bridge would replace the old one. The new bridge will be wider than the old one.
