The Queen and her family have cut their workload by more than half in 2020 as the pandemic and the loss of three senior royals took their toll. A study of the Court Circular commissioned by the Daily Express shows that the number of official engagements conducted by the Royal Family dropped from 3,470 in 2019 to 1,529 this year - a 56 percent fall.
