Universal Credit: What to do if you have not received your Christmas bonus - take action

UNIVERSAL Credit and other benefit claimants should have received a Christmas bonus from the state by now so long as they were eligible. With one day to go until the big day, it could be disheartening if the additional payment has not arrived but action could still be taken.
