The Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, is among the five institutions in the country that will carry out genome sequencing of Covid-19 virus mutant among those returning from the UK, with the Centre deciding upon intense screening to prevent spread of a mutated strain of SARS-CoV-2 in India.
