STRYKER, Ohio — The Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio expects to file next week a lawsuit against the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, and to make a request for Ohio National Guard help, as the jail faces a backlog of inmates waiting to be transported to state prisons.
