Wisconsin officials report nearly 2,800 new COVID cases

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Nearly 2,800 more people have contracted COVID-19 in Wisconsin, state health officials said Thursday.

The Department of Health Services reported 2,799 newly confirmed cases, bringing the total number of cases since the pandemic began in March to 466,393.
