Strange red light spotted in sky in northern China

A strange red light was spotted in northern China on Tuesday evening (December 23).

In the video, the unidentified source of red light appeared in the sky above Delingha in Qinghai province and remained visible for around 35-40 minutes. Witnesses said the light looked like a red cloud.

It has been reported that a possible meteor was spotted flying over Yushu city, also in Qinghai.
