Ohio police chief recommends terminating officer involved in fatal shooting of Black man

The Columbus officer who killed 47-year-old Andre Hill had been placed on leave. In the aftermath of the shooting, Hill was left on the ground for more than five minutes without anyone rendered aid, and police say no weapon was found at the scene.
