‘You can’t be it if you can’t see it.’ Women in sports made strides in 2020, but the next step is harder

It’s all well and good for Kim Ng to blaze a trail in baseball; she’s more than qualified to be a GM after three decades in the sport. But it will be a letdown if it takes years for the next woman to join her at that level.
