KATIE Price has been well-known for her partying and drama-filled life since she first hit TV screens on I’m A Celebrity in 2004.
But the ex-glamour model has taken to the small screen again this week to admit while she “acts stupid”, she is “shrewd” and “knows what’s going on”.

One of the celebrities to appear on the BBC Two’s five-part series Celebrity: A 21st-Century Story, the 42-year-old looked back on her career.
Katie shot to fame as an 18-year-old as her personality Jordan, a glamour model featured in tabloids and lads’ mags, often with her chest on show.
Rising in popularity, the now mum-of-five appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, and since has been followed around by cameras in fly-on-the-wall style reality shows.
Often documenting her every move, Katie’s no stranger to having her name in the press with barely a day going by without featuring in the headlines.

But for the first time, the reality star has admitted that her appearances are part of a cleverly calculated plan thanks to her being so media-savvy.
She opened up to the BBC show, explaining: “What I am is shrewd. I act stupid, but I know what’s going on.”
The hour-long episode looked back at clips of Katie in the heights of fame – flicking through newspaper clippings of her during her partying days.
“I was going out clubbing, getting p***ed, falling out of nightclubs,” she went on. “I’ve always been me – and there’s always been a drama.”

Since leaving the Australian jungle, where she met and fell in love with Peter Andre, Katie has rarely had a moment without the cameras.
She let them in on her personal life – including three marriages and five children – and plenty of bumps along the way.
In the last few years alone, Katie’s reality show My Crazy Life has seen break-ups and divorces, surgeries and money troubles.
Katie admitted: “There’s not many people you can say in this world who have their whole life documented – it’s like I’m in The Truman Show.”

The programme saw journalists and other celebrities reflect on Katie’s life – with former 3AM Girl Eva Simpson who summed up the star’s career.
Eva concluded: “In the end she became a brand. She just relished being in the spotlight like no-one I’ve ever seen.”
Celebrity: A 21st-Century Story continues tonight (Wednesday) at 9pm on BBC Two.
