Ruling there was little doubt ProMedica’s “conduct was exclusionary” when it canceled eight long-standing service agreements with McLaren St. Luke’s Hospital, a federal judge delivered a strongly-worded ruling Tuesday that granted the Maumee hospital a preliminary injunction for an antitrust lawsuit against the Toledo-based health care system.
