EU’s lack of courage, main cause behind INSTEX failure: CBI

TEHRAN, Jan. 18 (MNA) – Central Bank of Iran (CBI) in a reaction to Germany’s claim on EU trade system with Iran dubbed ‘INSTEX' said that lack of courage of Europeans is the main cause behind failure of this financial channel.
