“There is an impasse as the unions are not willing to discuss the three laws clause by clause. I hope that issue will be resolved tomorrow if the unions are willing to discuss the provisions which look problematic to them,” Tomar told ET on Monday during his one-day visit to his home constituency Morena in Madhya Pradesh.
