Animal Crossing New Horizons: How To Get Ready For Spring

The holidays are over for Animal Crossing: New Horizons fans, and it is time to pack up the Toy Day event decorations and begin getting ready for spring. While snow may still be falling on players' islands, it isn't too early to start thinking about everything players might want to do to prepare for the warmer months ahead, nor is it too soon to mark down upcoming springtime events on the calendar so that players don't miss the opportunity to jump in on the community fun with their island villagers.

From April 1st to April 10th in the Northern Hemisphere, non-fruit bearing leafy trees turn pink with cherry blossoms. Springtime isn't just cherry blossom season however. Players can enjoy a number of events during March, April, and May. Bunny Day falls in April from the 1st to Easter, and Nature Day goes from the end of April to the start of May. Players will also want to keep an eye out for February events that couldn't happen last year, as Animal Crossing: New Horizons didn't come out until March. Currently there is rumor that Animal Crossing players will get to enjoy Festivale with the vibrant peacock Pavé in the weeks to come, which will start the events of warmer months off with a splash of color.

Players might also want to consider pulling out their Magic Wand before spring in Animal Crossing starts. Setting up cute outfits to change into is the perfect way to enjoy the warmer weather in style. For players who have had their shorts, swimsuits, and sandals in storage, now might be the time to revisit clothing options or stop into Able Sisters to see what new clothes are available to purchase. Springtime is a colorful and exciting time for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and there could be many new things to look forward to as the game nears its first anniversary.
