[Wrestling] Vikings Extend Record to 102-Straight Dual Wins

Marshall, MO – No. 1 Grand View men's wrestling traveled to Marshall, Missouri today, January 23, to compete in the Missouri Valley Duals. Over the course of the day, the Vikings defeated receiving votes (RV) Bluefield College 53-0, No. 4 Reinhardt University 39-3, and RV Williams Baptist 52-0.

In the victory over RV Bluefield College, the Vikings extended the consecutive collegiate duals won record to 100. After defeating No. 4 Reinhard University and RV Williams Baptist, that record now stands at 102. 

Unranked Shea Ruffridge (SO/Pocahontas, IA) defeated No. 3 Trent Leon of Reinhardt University by decision in the 141 match-up, while teammate Cole Mair (JR/Vernal, UT) took down No. 6 Maleek Caton of Williams Baptist.
