Enraged that first his neighbour Badlu eloped with his sister-in-law and recently Badlu’s son eloped with his niece, accused Surendra decapitated Badlu with a sharp-edged weapon, police said adding he was arrested on Saturday from near Jhansi highway. He was booked under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code and sent to jail. The police seized the murder weapon from his possession.
