Spain and Greece to strike holiday deal with UK - even without vaccine passports

COVID-weary Britons look likely to enjoy a sunshine holiday in Greece and Spain this summer - even if EU chiefs fail to reach an agreement on vaccine passports. Plans for an EU-wide Digital Green Pass are expected to be discussed on March 17.
