Boris urged to increase penalties for rule-breakers when lockdown ends: 'A year in prison!

SEVEN in 10 people want penalties for flouting Covid rules increased as millions prepare to come out of lockdown, with some suggesting those caught flouting restrictions should be sent to prison for a year for "actively endangering other people's lives", a new Express.co.uk poll has found.
