[Athletics] Spectator Protocol Updated for Spring 2021 Athletic Events

A few changes have been made for spectator protocols starting with home events in March. These protocols are always subject to change pending local government mandates. Doane does hold the right to invoke stricter restrictions as the healthy and safety of our students is at the forefront of these protocols.
