How to Find (& Unlock) Lucifer in Persona 5 Strikers

Lucifer, the most powerful persona throughout Persona 5 Strikers still takes a lot of work to get. He is a persona that can only be collected through the fusion of other personas in the Velvet Room. On top of this, Lucifer can only be created within a New Game Plus.

With a base level of 90, it's no surprise that Lucifer takes some work to create. Lucifer is created through the fusion of five other personas. These personas are Alice, Black Frost, Mara, Metatron, and Yoshitsune. Each of these personas will also take some work here.

Alice is a base level 75 persona that costs 55,824 and can only be crafted from the fusion of other personas within the Velvet Room. The four personas that can be crafted into Alice are:

• Bugbear - Found in the Abyss Jail.
• Dominion - Found in the Tree of Life and Wisdom.
• Lilith - Found in the Abyss Jail.
• Nebiros - Only crafted in the Velvet Room.

Black Frost is a base level 67 persona that costs 45,264 in the Velvet Room or can be found out in the Shibuya Jail. The three personas that can be fused into Black Frost are:

• Jack o' Lantern - Found in the Shibuya Jail.
• Jack Frost - Found in the Sapporo Jail.
• King Frost - Found in the Sapporo Jail.

Metatron is a base level 80 persona that costs 63,009 in the Velvet Room or can be found out in the Tree of Knowledge. The four personas that can be fused into Metatron are:

• Archangel - Found in the Shibuya Jail.
• Dominion - Found in the Tree of Life and Wisdom.
• Principality - Found in the Sapporo Jail.
• Trumpeter - Can only be made in the Velvet Room.

Yoshitsune is a base level 78 persona that costs 60,081 in the Velvet Room. The four personas that can be fused into Yoshitsune are:

• Arahabaki - Found in the Okinawa Jail.
• Okuninushi - Found in the Kyoto Jail.
• Siegfried - Can only be made in the Velvet Room.
• Yatagarasu - Found in the Tree of Life and Wisdom.

Mara is a base level 72 persona that costs 51,729 in the Velvet Room or can be found out in the Okinawa Jail. The two personas that can be fused into Mara are:

• Alice - Can be crafted based on the list above.
• Yoshitsune - Can be crafted based on the list above.
