Can you roll up a self bailing raft with the floor laced in?

I am thinking of upgrading my 30 year old bucket raft to a self bailing floor. I have always rolled my raft up and stored it indoors. I would want to do the same thing, but am unfamiliar with the self bailing floors.

If you were to roll up the raft (hypalon) would you need to remove the floor first or can you roll it up with the raft?
