2021 FIA WEC AF Corse Ferrari Colours Unveiled At Misano
The livery of the 488 GTEs that will compete in next season’s FIA World Endurance Championship was unveiled against the backdrop of the Ferrari Finali Mondiali, currently in progress at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.
Ferraris #51 and #52 were unveiled with a mildly revamped new design for the two cars that will compete in the LMGTE Pro class.
The cars feature new backing from Cetilar, the Italian pharmaceutical brand replacing SMP Racing as the principal supporting sponsor, as well as joining the GTE AM field with their soon-to-be unveiled Ferrari 488 GTE Evo.
Also on display is the new design for the number panels for the cars, and, for the first time in the full WEC, the second car numbered as #52 other than the long-standing #71.
2017 FIA WEC GT Drivers World Champions Alessandro Pier Guidi and James Calado will contest the season in the #51 once again with new pairing Miguel Molina and Daniel Serra in the sister #52.
