Ludhiana: Man dies by suicide after killing neighbour's two children

A man died by suicide after killing his neighbours' two children in Ludhiana's Rajiv Gandhi colony on Saturday. The police investigation suggested the accused was in 'one-sided love' with the mother of the children.
