Although it seemed Caelan may have found happiness, Hana quickly disappeared from his feed.
It's unclear if Caelan and Hana are still together, or if they were ever a serious item to begin with. By the looks of his Instagram feed, Caelan may be enjoying the single life. While he will post with his kids on TikTok, he generally keeps them away from other social media. Though he seems to be moving on, his relationship with McKayla doesn't look like it's going to improve anytime soon.
