Representatives of the Educational and Scientific-Technical Department of the Ministry of the Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) of Russia got familiar with the training of specialists for emergencies bodies and units of Belarus during the visit to the University of Civil Protection of the Belarusian Emergencies Ministry on 12 March.
