Yes Day Cast & Character Guide | Screen Rant
Jennifer Garner and Édgar Ramírez headline Yes Day, so how do you know them and the supporting cast? Miguel Arteta directed the family-friendly comedy, which follows a California couple who allows their children to set the family rules for one day only. The 2021 Netflix movie was inspired by the eponymous 2009 novel by Amy Krouse Rosenthal and Tom Lichtenheld.
In Yes Day, Allison Torres (Garner) learns that her children view her as a dictator. So, after an enlightening conversation with a guidance teacher, she and her easy-going husband Carlos (Ramírez) decide to have a day of fun with their children, and give into their every demand (albeit with a few technicalities to ensure that nothing goes horribly wrong). When Allison has too much fun at Magic Mountain and ends up in jail, the Torres family attempts to reunite, with Fleek Fest serving as the narrative backdrop.
The Yes Day main cast features a true A-lister in Garner, who once headlined the TV show Alias and has appeared in several mainstream films. Ramírez may not be as recognizable for casual streamers, though he has starred in multiple Netflix movies. In the primary supporting role, Jennifer Ortega once again proves that she's destined for a big career in Hollywood. Here's a cast and character guide to help you identify the main players in Yes Day on Netflix.
Jennifer Garner stars as Allison Torres, a former marketing executive who is worried about her daughter attending Fleek Fest.
