Advice on buying a raft

I am going to go look at a raft and need some advice on what to look for. Also I am not a big fan of the steel frame - seems like it might be too heavy and bulky. The gentleman says that the raft doesnt have any leaks, holes or patches and he is the original owner. He says the raft is from 1993 - but I didnt realize that they made self bailing floors in '93?

Advice? Things to look for? Is this a good deal at $2000 for raft and frame? Is there a market to resell the frame?[ATTACH...
