Family’s anger with agent over flights refund delay – The Crusader

"It's been a nightmare," says a family fighting to recover £3,900 for flights they booked and paid agent Dream World Travel for that were then cancelled by the airline. The Musengezi family say carrier Finnair made it plain to them it was not a stumbling block and wanted to return the payment - for four, one-way long haul tickets - without delay. All it needed was the agent's official request.
