NORTH NEWTON, Kan. - With the COVID-19 pandemic forcing split seasons among most of the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference sponsored sports, there were bound to be a few wacky Saturdays where fans could enjoy watching football or soccer in the spring weather and follow it up with a volleyball or basketball game in the gym. What culminated on Saturday, March 13 for Thresher Athletics was almost a movie plotline involving numerous victories, historic performances, and teams furthering their playoff journeys. We'll break down each event that took place on what was coined as "Thresherday."
