ISIS poses bigger threat than al-Qaeda before 9/11

The Pentagon says the terror group is "beyond anything we've seen." They're also threatening to kill three more American hostages. President Obama's top military advisers say the U.S. can only control ISIS, not wipe it out. Margaret Brennan reports.
