Defense attorneys ask judge not to 'rubber stamp' bond amounts in double homicide case

Two defense attorneys argued on Wednesday that a Lucas County Common Pleas Court judge shouldn’t “rubber stamp” the bond amount initially set in Toledo Municipal Court for two men charged in an East Toledo double homicide.
