Two-alarm fire burns at building in West Oakland
OAKLAND — Firefighters sounded a second alarm Tuesday morning after a fire broke out at a residential building in West Oakland, fire officials said.
The complex was at 10th and Pine streets, and initial fire crews reported that a two-story Victorian building with heavy fire showing on the first floor, according to Twitter updates from the Oakland Fire Department.

Firefighters were called to the blaze at 9:57 a.m., and it rose to a second alarm around 10:12 a.m.
It was not known immediately whether there was anyone inside or if anyone has been injured.
