KMOX News: WATCH: Loop Trolley is rolling again on 'test drive'

DELMAR LOOP, Mo. (KMOX) – The Loop Trolly is moving again along the tracks down Delmar Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon.

An orange trolley car labeled with “TESTING” signs was spotted by our Kevin Killeen. He says there were five maintenance workers on the car who said they couldn’t comment.
