Four months after neighbor New Jersey voted to legalize adult-use marijuana, New York lawmakers, as predicted, have jumped on the bandwagon and followed suit. The state has drafted a bill that, if passed would legalize pot for New Yorkers ages 21 and over. The question is will it finally happen?
