For three years, the Turkish government has allowed fighters to stream into Syria, driven by its desire to topple Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Though the government says it's never helped ISIS and considers it to be a terrorist group, ISIS and other Islamic militants took advantage of Turkey turning a blind eye. Holly Williams reports.
