RESULTS
Division One – Group D
Poisoned Pawns 1½ – 2½ Dundee City A
A good result against a team who were above Dundee City A in the league table. Dundee City A had the stronger players over the four boards, but not everything has gone to plan this campaign! Well played Jacques, Declan, Ed & Stephen! Dundee City sit in 6th place on 4 points.

Division Seven – Swiss League (70 teams)
Hebden Bridge Two 2 – 2 Dundee City C
Dundee City C was level on points (6pts) with their opponents, only separated by board points. This was a chance to move up the table, but their opponents out graded them on 3 of the 4 boards.
It was some match with some very exciting positions and chess. Several of the matches could have gone either way, but in the end a valiant and possibly deserved result for both teams. Dariusz`s game on board one was wild! Martin`s on board 3 was speaking a different language to his opponent, French I think? While Rishi on board 4 finished his opponent off in showmanship style, with a nice combination finishing in a smothering mate! John…unlucky!
Dundee City C, move up to 11th place on 8 points with 8 other teams. The leaders are on 9 points so with two rounds to go still in the hunt for top spot!
