Magic Guard Terrence Ross is Listed as Questionable Tonight against the Suns
Orlando guard Terrence Ross is listed as questionable for tonight’s game against the Phoenix Suns. Ross has been battling a sore right knee which has kept him out of the last four games with the Magic. Orlando is just 1-3 during that span, and at 14-29 on the season, there’s almost no reason to try to rush him back if he’s not close to 100%.
Even if Ross plays, he could be on a minute restriction, and Evan Fournier might be a player to target for tonight’s game.
Fournier is in the top-50 in terms of usage rate (26.53) this season, and he’s averaged 25.25 points in the last four games that Ross has missed. FanDuel Sportsbook has set his points total for the game at 19.5.
As far as the game itself is concerned, the Magic have been bet down 2.5 points after opening as a 7.5-point underdog. Sharp action on the Suns is primarily responsible for the move as Phoenix has been in impressive form of late.
The Suns now boast a two-game lead in the Pacific Division and now sit just two games behind the Jazz for the top seed in the Western Conference. Phoenix has also covered the spread in their last seven games as a road favorite, and they’re also 6-1 ATS in their last seven meetings on the road against Orlando.
If Orlando manages to pull off the upset, it’ll be just the second win in their last 11 games.
