COLUMBUS — Over one fourth of Ohioans have been vaccinated against the coronavirus, and the state is expected this week to get its largest dose allotment yet, but progress in the fight to quell the virus seems to have stalled, Gov. Mike DeWine said during his press briefing Thursday.
