Unsuccessful attempt to hack Defence Ministry’s website

Someone unsuccessfully tried to hack the Defence Ministry website last week, reliable sources told the Cyprus News Agency on Monday.

“The effort was successfully halted and the website suffered no damage,” a Defence Ministry source told the agency.

The same source added that “the Defence Ministry takes all appropriate measures to prevent and address similar actions.”
