No matter which city a fan tunes into, it's easy to think that the Real Housewives franchise is all about fighting and catty gossip. Viewers have seen years of friendship fall apart in a single scene and many of the cast members have rocky relationships with each other.
But despite these moments of high drama, the Bravo franchise does have many sweet scenes, and the women have often helped each other out or offered each other support. From dealing with divorce to tough times, many cast members have been there for each other and proven that they are true friends.
10 The Women Helped Vicki After Her Mother Died (RHOC)
When the ladies were playing Bunco at Shannon's house, Vicki got a phone call that changed her life: she learned that her mother had passed away.
The cast members rallied around Vicki and showed her love and compassion. They all got emotional and they could relate to how horrible and painful this moment was. While Vicki didn't always get along well with her fellow cast members, they all put their differences aside since this was important.
9 Tamra Supported Shannon Through Her Divorce (RHOC)
When Tamra was on RHOC, she had wild scenes and arguments. She could also be an incredible friend, though, and she did something really sweet for Shannon; she was there for her 100 percent when Shannon was going through her divorce.
Tamra often mentioned how she would always answer the phone when Shannon called her and that she listened to the pain that Shannon was in. This came up because when the women traveled to Jamaica, Shannon got super upset and Tamra was frustrated, as she had been such a good friend to her.
8 Gina Went To An AA Meeting With Braunwyn (RHOC)
Fans have seen moving and dramatic storylines on RHOC and on the most recent season, Braunwyn shared that she was an alcoholic. While she and Gina had some tension in their friendship, and they hadn't gotten along before this point, Gina went to an AA meeting with Braunwyn.
This was a really nice moment, as Gina knew that Braunwyn needed her love and support, and that it was a scary new world for her. The cameras didn't film the meeting, but when it was over, viewers learned that Braunwyn had said she was sorry for the tension with Gina, and it seemed like things would be better between them.
7 Bethenny Visited Jill After Bobby's Death (RHONY)
RHONY fans know that Bethenny and Jill used to be super close but they were unable to continue their friendship after a certain point.
But despite this tension, Bethenny visited Jill after her husband Bobby passed away. She knew that she had to forget about the problems in their past and do the right thing. This was a moving moment on the show and fans liked seeing these two cast members be kind to one another. It was clear that it was very meaningful for Jill, particularly since Bobby was a big Bethenny fan.
6 Braunwyn Supported Elizabeth As She Shared Her Difficult Past (RHOC)
In the most recent season of RHOC, Elizabeth opened up about being abused by a religious cult when she was growing up. She had held it inside and it was clear that it was painful to talk about.
When Elizabeth told Braunwyn, she experienced some anxiety, and Braunwyn was supportive and caring. Braunwyn realized that she shouldn't have gotten upset about so many things. Braunwyn said on the show, “This puts everything into perspective, I regret digging up the petty stuff. I wasn't a good friend when I could have been. I definitely have to make a big amends to her."
5 Nene Helped Cynthia Get Wedding Day Glam (RHOA)
In the season 3 episode of RHOA called "The Bride and Doom," Cynthia had her first wedding, and Nene was right by her side as she did hair and makeup for the big day.
A wedding is one of the biggest events of a person's life and it's always meaningful to have good friends be there. It's very moving to see Real Housewives cast members share these pleasant moments together as they can put aside any fighting or drama and just enjoy having a good time.
4 Some Of The Ladies Went To Teddi's Wellness Retreat (RHOBH)
There have been several juicy and dramatic RHOBH plotlines and Teddi wasn't usually involved in too many. She tended to stay on the sidelines, besides the Puppygate storyline that fans are familiar with. But when Teddi invited her friends to a wellness/accountability retreat she was hosting and said she didn't care if they went or not, they definitely felt funny about her wording.
Some of the women did go to the retreat, and this was really nice of them. Sometimes friendship means supporting someone and being there for them even if it's not easy.
3 Sonja Was There When Luann's Probation Ended (RHONY)
In the season 12 premiere of RHONY, Sonja and Luann were filmed while Luann walked out of the courthouse, happy that her probation was over.
Luann was clearly relieved that this part of her life was finished, and Sonja was being a good pal by being there for the big moment. The cast members on any Real Housewives city aren't always friendly toward each other, but this was one of the nicest things that Sonja has done for anyone on the show.
2 The Ladies Attended Luann's Halloween Cabaret (RHONY)
Bethenny, Dorina, Tinsley, and Barbara attended Luann's Halloween cabaret performance in RHONY. This caused some drama as Bethenny left early since Luann was late going on and she wanted to get home to her daughter.
It was really nice of the women to attend this performance since fans of RHONY are familiar with the frustration that they have felt over Luann's passion. Bethenny in particular has told Luann that she became too obsessive about cabaret. This is another good example of friends showing up for each other.
1 Lisa Rinna Told Denise Richards She Understood Her Side (RHOBH)
After Brandi claimed that she and Denise had an affair, Lisa Rinna and Denise had a chat about their friendship, and Lisa was supportive. It seemed like she understood where Denise stood on the subject and she wanted Denise to feel that she was in her corner.
This is one of the nicest things that any of the Real Housewives have done for each other, as there were so many rumors flying around about this situation. Lisa could have easily stayed out of it, especially since she had been involved with a lot of drama in the past, but she wanted Denise to know that their friendship was solid.
