MLS considers San Diego, Las Vegas, Phoenix amid Sacramento hold

Major League Soccer commissioner Don Garber said the league is considering Las Vegas, San Diego and Phoenix as alternate locations for an expansion team while Sacramento's quest for a franchise is on hold.
