My parents are homophobic and I am now having bisexual feelings
DEAR DEIDRE: I HAVE feelings for another girl in my class and think I’m bisexual – but my parents are homophobic.
As I’m only 15, I depend on them financially.
So I can’t tell them or they’ll throw me out and disown me.
I can’t talk to anyone and I’m scared.
DEAR DEIDRE: Don’t feel that you have to label yourself right now or that you have to tell your parents.
It is natural to be attracted to both sexes as our sexuality develops and some people are neither completely straight nor gay.
