Retired Geauga County Sheriff Dan McClelland has died after a yearlong battle with an inoperable brain tumor. The Ohio lawman's K-9 Midge, who in 2006 was named the world's smallest police dog by the Guinness Book of World Records, died just hours later. CNN affiliate WEWS reports.
