Alberta ‘not in a position’ to send health-care workers to Ontario

Ontario pleaded with other provinces to send nurses and other health workers as it buckles under surging COVID-19 infections, however Alberta said it is “not in a position” to do so as cases rise in the province as well. Tom Vernon reports.
