Former army deputy chief files new lawsuit against Aremenian president, prime minister
The recently fired deputy chief of the Armed Forces’ General Staff has filed a new lawsuit against the president and the prime minister of Armenia.
According to the case records available in DataLex, Lieutenant General Tiran Khachatryan has called for acknowledging the absence of any legal basis behind the decision to appoint Arshak Karapetyan as his successor “by virtue of law”.
The appeal was assigned to judge Hrach Ayvazyan.
