Reinvent the future using the present as an example

More than ever we need to fight for a strong society that leads by example and where people know who they are. Those people will have a strong commitment to the values of freedom, social justice and development. This is the reason to believe that a new standard of collective participation is more than just a possibility, it is an individual and collective necessity for all of us.

This is the message both for the present and the future and for the capacity of the individual to participate as a central contribution to the reinvention of society.  We need to reinvent the future with an effective example of the present.

This process of open reinvention will not be determined by law. It will be effectively constructed by all of the key actors who are taking part in a free and collaborative strategic interaction. In a certain sense, we need a new strategic order for the world. When we speak about this special global capacity of creating a new commitment between citizens, towards the challenge of the future, we are in fact speaking about a commitment to a global public space in the world.

Based on new standards of social innovation, this kind of new strategic order is above all a confirmation that in an innovative society, an individual’s performance – in a complex ecosystem – is possible and desirable, but above all, it is necessary for the future.

In this process of reinvention, the freedom of participation is the full confirmation when it comes to following the rule of law. It is essential to learn the lessons that, more than ever, emerge from a world that is trying to rebuild its competitive advantage and to reinvent its effective place in a complex time.  In the new global economy and innovation society that will emerge from the COVID pandemic, the world has a central role to play towards a new attitude that is connected with the creation of value and focus on creativity. In this sense, the capital of effective trust within the present networks will be critical to any future engagement between all of us.

During a time of great change, the reinvention of the future comes with a sense of urgency.  The focus on a better future must confirm itself as a positive example in a very demanding world, one that introduces into society and the economy, a capital of trust and innovation that is essential to ensure a central leadership in future relations with different people in a  more and more dynamic developing world.

The world’s main actors must be more global and capable of driving to the social matrix a unique and dynamic school of knowledge that is focused on building and selling it as a mobile asset on the global markets.

To believe in a smarter future, while taking into account the example of the present, is the world’s new strategic challenge. Reinventing society and giving social actors the opportunity to develop challenges that are focused on innovation and creativity is the central contribution to the ‘new normal’.

The reinvention of society will be the reinvention of its people and institutions. An active commitment – where the focus is on the participation and development of new competencies, on a collaborative basis – must be the key indicator.

The future starts in the present and the present will be the best example for the future in which we all believe.
