Credit Suisse assigns ‘outperform’ rating on newly-listed affordable home lender, sees 21% upside

The company is an affordable housing finance company in India that targets first-time home buyers in low- and middle-income groups. It offers housing loans for purchasing or constructing homes that make up 90 per cent of its portfolio.
